About the studio

I am Liliya Bilalova — an economist, entrepreneur, holder of the “Lady Bulgaria World 2022” title and the “Businesswoman of the Year 2023” award, with ten years of experience in professional rhythmic gymnastics. My pursuit of harmony between body and mind led me to study nursing and become a certified Pilates Reformer instructor. I also completed personal development and coaching training at Stoyana Natseva’s Happy Life Academy. Today I bring this experience to my boutique Pilates Reformer studio, where every session offers personal attention, support and a focus on your goals. I believe Pilates is for everyone, whatever their age, experience or fitness level. I am here to help you feel stronger, more confident and more connected to yourself.

A boutique Pilates Reformer studio in Green Reside, Block 200, Sofia. We train in small groups of up to 3 people, with personal attention for every participant.
